What You Will Do:
- Monitor machine health: evaluate machine data, telematics information, service alerts, and other performance indicators to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Improve customer productivity: analyze machine information and oil scan data to help increase uptime, reduce downtime, and lower operational risk.
- Provide actionable recommendations: communicate findings and solutions to customers and internal teams to improve equipment performance and customer outcomes.
- Coordinate service activities: create service requests when needed and follow through to ensure successful implementation of recommended repairs or maintenance actions.
- Identify trends and opportunities: analyze data patterns, anticipate failures, and provide recommendations that help customers reduce costs and maximize equipment utilization.
