Full Job Description

Collision Experts, LLC is an auto body repair shop that has been locally owned and operated in Fargo for 30 plus years. We strive to create a family type work environment with dealership quality results.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Body Shop Estimator who will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the shop staff in the body shop to produce accurate and timely estimates for all aspects of shop work orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates for all repairs
Collect all necessary documents to complete estimate forms.
Communicate with customers, vendors, technicians, insurance companies, and management to ensure accurate information is received in a timely manner.
Ensure that estimates are accurate and up-to-date.
Oversee the completion of estimates
Scheduling repairs based on part availability, shop space, and flow
Monitor the completion of all estimate projects to ensure that they are accurate and meet company standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
