Job Title: Imaging Assistant
Reports To: Imaging Manager
SUMMARY
The Imaging Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Medical Imaging Department at Welia Health. This position helps ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered imaging services by assisting technologists, preparing patients, performing clerical tasks, and contributing to positive patient experiences.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification every 2 years.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and smell. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Continuous talking and hearing. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and must be able to push stretcher with 150 + pounds for undetermined distance. Must be able to reach in front and above head 15 inches. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
