Full Job Description

Fiddlestix RV Park & Mini Golf is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing individual to join our team! Our Pro Shop & Front Desk Team Members are often the first people our guests meet, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can help create a fun, welcoming experience for campers, mini golfers, and visitors.

This position includes assisting guests with RV park reservations and check-ins, operating the Pro Shop, selling mini golf admissions, answering questions about the property, and helping keep guest areas clean, organized, and inviting.

Responsibilities

Greet campers, mini golf guests, and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
Assist guests with RV reservations, check-ins, and general campground questions
Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions
Sell mini golf admissions, merchandise, snacks, beverages, and other Pro Shop items
Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
Explain Fiddlestix amenities, activities, hours, pricing, and property information
Help guests locate RV sites, amenities, and activities throughout the property
Keep the Pro Shop, front desk, mini golf area, and nearby guest spaces clean and organized
Restock merchandise, snacks, beverages, and supplies as needed
Assist with opening and closing duties
Help promote upcoming activities, events, specials, and campground offerings
Communicate guest questions, concerns, maintenance needs, or important information to management
Assist with campground activities and special events when needed
Complete assigned cleaning and daily task checklists
Perform additional duties as needed to help keep daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications

Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable answering phones and learning basic computer and reservation systems
Able to accurately handle cash and complete transactions
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks during busy periods
Willing to clean, restock, and help wherever needed
Able to remain professional and helpful when handling guest questions or concerns
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, campground, or front desk experience is helpful but not required
Training will be provided

Schedule

This is a seasonal position with daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be available for some weekends and holidays throughout the camping season.
