Full Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as a day-to-day point of contact for our clients. This person will own the client onboarding process, field incoming service calls and emails, and handle the data entry and system work that keeps accounts running smoothly.

This is a hybrid office-and-warehouse role. Approximately 70% of the work is computer-based and takes place in the office, including client communication, data entry, and system management. The remaining 30% is spent working alongside the warehouse team, where you will coordinate directly on shipments, inventory, and client orders. Being present and hands-on in both environments is essential to doing this job well.

The right candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and stays calm and solution-focused when problems come up. This is a strong role for someone who wants to build a career in logistics operations and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Office and Client Support (approximately 70%)

Lead new client onboardings from kickoff through go-live, including gathering account requirements, setting up client information in our systems, and coordinating with the operations team
Serve as a first point of contact for client questions by phone and email, covering orders, inventory, shipments, tracking, and general account support
Work within and keep our customer service platform organized, such as Zoho Desk, logging tickets, tracking requests, and keeping client records current and easy to follow
Enter and maintain accurate account, order, and inventory data in our warehouse management and support systems
Research and resolve client issues, escalating to the appropriate internal team when needed and following through until the matter is closed
Track open items and client requests, and keep clients informed with timely, professional updates
Maintain clear documentation of client interactions, account details, and standard procedures
Support the broader client services team with general administrative and computer-based tasks as needed

Warehouse Coordination (approximately 30%)

Spend regular time on the warehouse floor working with the operations team to verify shipments, check inventory, and resolve order discrepancies in real time
Assist with physical tasks in the warehouse as needed, including moving, organizing, and lifting boxes and product (some items may be moderately heavy)
Act as a bridge between clients and the warehouse team, relaying requirements and confirming that orders are packed and shipped according to client specifications
Partner with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to make sure client needs are met and commitments are kept

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role splits time between an office setting and an active warehouse environment. Candidates should be comfortable moving between both throughout the day. While the majority of the work is performed on a computer, you will regularly be on the warehouse floor and should expect the following:

Standing, walking, and moving around the warehouse for extended periods
Lifting, carrying, and moving boxes and product weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion
Working in a warehouse setting that may involve varying temperatures and ambient noise

This is not a desk-only position. A willingness to be present and contribute in the warehouse is a core part of the role.

Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of customer service, client support, or account coordination experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to stay professional and composed under pressure
Solid data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods, including email, spreadsheets, and web-based software
Able and willing to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for periods and lifting boxes up to 50 pounds from time to time
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without letting things slip
A team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever the group needs help
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics, 3PL, fulfillment, e-commerce, supply chain, or a warehouse environment
Warehouse management system (WMS) experience is strongly preferred, and hands-on experience with Logiwa specifically is a plus
Familiarity with a CRM or ticketing platform
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets
Experience onboarding new clients or accounts
