Be the Face of Magnolia Heating & Cooling in the Community

At Magnolia Heating & Cooling, we believe great marketing happens where our customers live, work, and gather. We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager to grow our brand throughout Riverside and the Inland Empire by building meaningful community connections and creating memorable customer experiences.

If you're passionate about local marketing, networking, events, social media, and creating partnerships that drive business growth, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Build and manage relationships with local businesses, HOAs, schools, chambers of commerce, real estate professionals, property managers, and community organizations.
Represent Magnolia Heating & Cooling at trade shows, festivals, home shows, sporting events, charity events, and community functions.
Develop strategic partnerships that create long-term referral opportunities.
Manage event logistics including scheduling, setup, branding materials, giveaways, and follow-up.
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Capture photos and videos from events, customer projects, and team activities to showcase our company culture.
Coordinate print marketing including flyers, door hangers, direct mail, signage, and promotional materials.
Work closely with leadership and the Call Center to ensure marketing campaigns are tracked and measured for ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing KPIs while continuously improving results.
Help grow our maintenance membership program through community outreach and marketing initiatives.
Be a positive ambassador for Magnolia Heating & Cooling everywhere you represent our brand.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, community outreach, partnerships, or related marketing roles.
Experience planning and executing successful local marketing campaigns.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating social media content and managing business social media pages.
Comfortable attending evening and weekend community events when needed.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
Photography and video editing experience is a plus.
Home service industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, etc.) is a plus.
