Job Summary:

Ready to live your passion? Join our team as a Motorcycle Sales Associate at Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson, where you'll help customers find the Harley-Davidson motorcycle of their dreams. This role combines your love for Harley-Davidson with sales expertise to create exceptional customer experiences and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide expert guidance on Harley-Davidson models, features, and accessories to meet customer needs and preferences.
Conduct test rides in accordance with dealership safety policies.

Sales Process

Achieve sales targets by following the dealership's proven sales process.
Develop detailed quotes and explain financing, warranty, and insurance options.
Assist customers in completing all necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.

Product Knowledge

Stay up to date with Harley-Davidson motorcycle models, features, and specifications.
Understand and communicate the benefits of Harley-Davidson Genuine Parts, Accessories, and MotorClothes®.

Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the dealership’s CRM system.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with other team members, including service, finance, and parts departments, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Participate in dealership events and promotions to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

Strong passion for motorcycles, preferably Harley-Davidson.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven sales or customer service experience.
Basic understanding of financing options and sales processes.
Valid motorcycle endorsement or willingness to obtain one.
Previous experience in motorcycle or automotive sales.
