About the Role

As a Client Accounting Services Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to support a portfolio of small business clients. You'll be a central point of contact, helping clients stay organized, answering day-to-day questions, and ensuring their accounting records are accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, providing timely, professional communication
Support the Client Accounting Services Manager with client engagements and ongoing accounting projects
Maintain accurate books and records using QuickBooks Online
Process accounts payable and manage electronic bill payments using Bill
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
Assist clients with accounting questions and help resolve day-to-day issues
Utilize Excel, accounting technology, AI tools, and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
Support workflow management, special projects, and continuous process improvements

What You'll Bring

3–5 years of bookkeeping, client accounting, or accounting support experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online required
Strong Excel skills and comfort learning new technology and AI tools
Experience with Bill.com or similar AP automation software is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client priorities
High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
A desire to learn, grow, and build long-term client relationships

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience.
