Total Compensation: Base + 10% Bonus + Full Benefits

We are looking for a Tax Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to manage a sophisticated workload. This role is built for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving complex problems through teamwork and direct client interaction.

The Impact You Will Make

Technical Leadership: Oversee the review of complex federal and multi-state returns for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
Strategic Planning: Lead tax projections and planning for various entities, ensuring clients are positioned for long-term tax efficiency.
Complex Research: Conduct deep-dive tax research and draft technical memoranda to advise clients on the implications of evolving tax laws.
Client Advisory: Serve as a primary point of contact, translating intricate tax concepts into accessible, actionable strategies.
Team Mentorship: Provide direct guidance and training to associates, effectively delegating projects and fostering a high-performance culture.
Regulatory Defense: Manage responses to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and formal tax notices.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience: 6-8 years in public accounting with a heavy emphasis on taxation.
Licensure: Active CPA certification is required.
Supervisory Depth: At least 3 years of experience in a formal review and supervisory capacity.
Communication: Advanced written and verbal skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback with humility.
