Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative

Washington, IL | Full-Time | In-Office

What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with clients to provide insurance advice, write new policies, review existing coverage, and deliver outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing current insurance policies and recommending better coverage or pricing when appropriate.
Quoting and writing new personal insurance policies.
Building long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
Assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support.
Following up with prospects and clients using our proven sales and service processes.
Working with multiple insurance companies to find the best solutions for each client.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Breakdown

50% New Business Sales
25% Renewal Reviews & Policy Remarketing
25% Client Service

What We Offer

Compensation

$18–$22/hour based on experience
Performance-based commissions
Expected first-year earnings: $45,000–$70,000+

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain an Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (we provide training)
Ability to pass the required background check(s)
Reliable transportation to our Washington, IL office
