Full Job Description

Looking for an experienced CNC mill-turn programmer/operator who can hit the ground running on a DN Solutions SMX 3100.

Job Duties:

Program, set up, and operate DN Solutions SMX 3100 multitasking machine
Create and optimize CNC programs
Perform setups, prove-outs, and process improvements
Work with precision diesel performance parts

Requirements:

Experience programming and operating multitasking / mill-turn CNC machines (SMX, Doosan Puma multitasking, Mazak Integrex, Okuma MULTUS, or equivalent)
Strong Fanuc control experience
Ability to program offline (Mastercam, Esprit, Fusion 360, or NX preferred)
Must be able to work independently with minimal training

Pay & Benefits:

$41–$45 per hour based on experience
Overtime available
Benefits package

We need someone with real mill-turn experience who can take ownership of the machine.

Pay: $41.00 - $45.00 per hour

What control and programming method did you use? (Mazatrol, EIA/G-code, Mastercam, Esprit, GibbsCAM, etc.)
Describe the most complicated mill-turn part you've personally programmed.
Have you programmed sub-spindle transfers, synchronized spindles, live tooling and B-axis work? Which?
Did you create the process/setup/tooling yourself, or were you running programs/processes developed by someone else?
List the exact make/model of mill-turn machines you've personally programmed.

Experience:

CAM programming: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
