Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently by preparing high quality ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen staff across various stations.
Efficiently prepare and portion ingredients for use in various dishes following standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Operate all kitchen stations and assist as needed.
Maintain the flexibility to work any station and shift as required.
Support team efforts to meet kitchen demands during peak service times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food storage, preparation and cooking areas.
