What You'll Need
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Pass a drug screen and background check (7 years clear)
What You'll Do
Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same.
- Safely operate a company delivery van.
- Load and organize packages for efficient delivery.
- Deliver packages accurately and on time.
- Create an outstanding customer experience with every stop.
- Perform basic vehicle safety inspections.
- Use hand trucks and package carts when needed.
- Represent our company with professionalism and pride.

Previous experience in delivery, warehouse operations, logistics, courier services, or commercial driving is helpful—but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

Every Delivery Driver is expected to:
- Put personal safety first by following all company safety procedures and best practices.
- Protect the public by driving with patience, courtesy, professionalism, and respect for everyone sharing the road.
- Obey all traffic laws and operate company vehicles responsibly at all times.
- Avoid aggressive, distracted, or reckless driving behaviors of any kind.
- Recognize that every company vehicle is a rolling representation of our organization and take pride in maintaining both its appearance and reputation.
- Treat each delivery van with care by helping keep it clean, organized, and free from unnecessary damage caused by careless driving or handling.
- Report safety concerns, vehicle issues, or hazards immediately so they can be addressed before they become larger problems.
- Report to the shipping center mid morning 9:40-11:30 am and work up to 10 hours shifts.
