Full Job Description

Laketown Pharmacy is a busy, independently owned pharmacy in Moses Lake. We're not a chain, and it shows. We know our patients by name, we make our own decisions, and our pharmacists actually get to practice pharmacy. We're looking for a full-time staff pharmacist to join our team.

Schedule

40 to 44 hours per week on rotating shifts:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Every third Saturday

No overnights. Schedule is set in advance so you can plan your life around it.

What you'll do

Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately in a high-volume setting
Counsel patients on medications, interactions, and proper use
Administer immunizations
Communicate with prescribers to resolve issues and clarify orders
Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants
Manage controlled substance compliance and recordkeeping
Help with inventory decisions and day-to-day pharmacy operations

What we're looking for

PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program
Active Washington State pharmacist license in good standing
Immunization certification, or willingness to obtain it
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in patient care
Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
