RYSE Chiropractic & Wellness Center is seeking a dependable, professional and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a massage therapist who wants to step into an established practice with consistent massage demand. Our massage schedule stays active, and the selected therapist will have the opportunity to begin seeing existing clients while continuing to develop long-term client relationships.
We are open to part-time or full-time applicants and can offer a flexible schedule based on therapist availability and client demand.

Our massage therapists work alongside chiropractic, wellness and spa professionals in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services
- Review client health history, goals and areas of concern
- Customize each session according to the client’s needs
- Communicate professionally regarding pressure, comfort and treatment goals
- Maintain appropriate draping, sanitation and professional boundaries
- Complete required documentation accurately and promptly
- Prepare and reset the treatment room between appointments
- Maintain a clean, calm and welcoming treatment environment
- Rebook clients when continued care is appropriate
- Communicate scheduling concerns or client needs with the front-desk team
- Follow all RYSE policies and applicable Louisiana massage therapy regulations
- Participate in occasional training, team meetings or promotional activities
Massage Services
Depending on training and experience, services may include:
- Swedish massage
- Therapeutic massage
- Deep-tissue massage
- Prenatal massage
- Cupping
- Hot stones
- Percussive therapy
- Stretching or mobility-focused massage
- Other approved massage enhancements
Additional training may be provided for qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Current Louisiana massage therapy license in good standing
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques, anatomy and contraindications
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain appropriate client confidentiality
- Ability to perform multiple massage sessions safely during a scheduled shift
- Ability to work cooperatively with front-desk and clinical team members
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of professional massage therapy experience
- Experience in a chiropractic, medical, wellness or spa environment
- Training in therapeutic or deep-tissue massage
- Prenatal massage training
- Experience with cupping, hot stones or other massage enhancements
- Strong client retention and rebooking skills
Newer therapists with excellent technique, professionalism and dependability are also encouraged to apply.

RYSE already has consistent massage demand and an established client base. The selected therapist will receive support through our front desk, online scheduling system, existing clientele and clinic marketing.
