Chiropractic Office Manager & Billing SpecialistClub West Chiropractic – Blaine, MN
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
Hours: Mon/Wed/Fri 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch), Tue/Thu 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

This is a hands-on, high-level management position. Candidates without substantial chiropractic clinic and billing experience will not be considered.

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of dedicated experience working in a busy chiropractic clinic.
Leadership: Proven track record in healthcare management, team building, and staff accountability.
Software Mastery: Extensive, hands-on experience with EZBIZ software.
Clearinghouses: Deep familiarity navigating Infinidi and/or Availity.
Payer Knowledge: Strong understanding of Optum requirements, prior authorizations, and chiropractic insurance guidelines.
Billing Expertise: Mastery of in-house medical/chiropractic billing, payment posting, and patient account auditing.
Claim Resolution: Exceptional ability to audit provider documentation, investigate denied/rejected claims, and resolve complex billing issues independently.

Your Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Team Management

Oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced, multi-disciplinary front office.
Supervise, mentor, and inspire front-desk staff to maintain a professional and welcoming clinic environment.
Establish clear operational expectations, delegate tasks efficiently, and hold the team accountable to performance standards.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions before they impact operations.
Ensure patients receive an efficient, positive experience from check-in through checkout.
Optimize scheduling flow for multiple providers across chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and decompression services.

In-House Billing & Financial Auditing

Execute and oversee all in-house billing and claim submissions to ensure timely reimbursement.
Troubleshoot, correct, and resubmit complicated or incorrectly processed insurance claims.
Review EOBs/ERAs, track outstanding insurance balances, and proactively capture missed revenue.
Stay entirely current on changing payer-specific rules and regional insurance requirements.

Clinical Service & Documentation Auditing

Audit services performed (adjustments, therapies, decompression, massage, acupuncture) against provider documentation.
Ensure perfect alignment between clinical coding, provider notes, and compliance standards.
