About the Opportunity

We are a globally recognized, top-tier manufacturing enterprise expanding our footprint into the United States. We are currently building a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in North Carolina.

We are looking for a highly adaptable, hands-on Site HR & Administration Manager to join our founding team. This is not a typical corporate desk job; this is a "0 to 1" scrappy startup environment. You will be the crucial backbone of our local site operations, handling everything from basic office administration to foundational HR processes. If you are resilient, eager to learn, and love building things from the ground up, we want you on our team!

What You Will Do (The Scrappy Reality):

As a founding team member, your day-to-day will be dynamic and highly operational. Responsibilities include:

Site Administration: Manage daily office and facility administrative operations, ensuring the site runs smoothly during the initial setup phase.
Foundational HR: Assist in drafting and implementing basic local HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures from scratch.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the hiring of early-stage plant staff (both exempt and non-exempt) and manage the entire onboarding and orientation process.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive, reliable, and engaging workplace culture on the shop floor.
Problem Solving: Roll up your sleeves to handle miscellaneous day-to-day tasks required to get a new manufacturing plant fully operational.

Who We Are Looking For:

We value attitude, resilience, and reliability over fancy corporate titles.

Experience: Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, Plant Administration, or Site Operations.
Industry Background: Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred. You must be comfortable working in a factory/plant environment.
Local Residency: Must currently reside in or near our North Carolina facility with a reasonable daily commute (On-site role).
Soft Skills (Crucial):
Extremely Hands-on: Willing to dive into the weeds and execute basic administrative tasks while managing HR duties.
Resilient & Adaptable: Thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
Eager to Learn: Open-minded and willing to navigate cross-cultural communication within a global enterprise context.
Loyal & Reliable: We are looking for a trustworthy partner committed to long-term growth with our facility.
