SUMMARY:
Perform product audits in different sampling points within the warehouse to verify correct content fulfillment of customer orders. The Auditor will also research discrepancies found in their audit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Counts and calculate quantity of product to verify accuracy of shipment.

Must be able to consistently meet company safety guidelines, accuracy, and productivity standards within the warehouse.

Audits outgoing product count to ensure order is complete and accounted for in the system. Counts and calculate quantity of product to verify accuracy of shipment.

Identifies damaged items in warehouse and documents outbound audit outcome.

Communicates all problems and concerns with built orders to lead or supervisor

Audits orders for accuracy and integrity and ensures that the customer receives accurate ordered cases and quantities.

Notify loader when pallets are completed and ready to be loaded on trailer.

Perform visual inspections of finished products

Participate in internal/external assessments and audits as required

Supply quality data necessary for regulatory submissions, as needed

Coach and teach production teams on proper procedures by established standards

Act as a resource to all production employees

Identify quality problems and recommend solutions
-
Conduct routine and non-routine audit reports of in-process garments, returned merchandise, finished goods, or samples to confirm approval of garment quality based on specs and visuals

Partner with other QA Auditors to share and gain additional knowledge

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality

Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Strong experience with warehouse environment and logistics operations desirable

Skilled in working with numbers for counting quantities of outgoing products.

Basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction and multiplication

The ability to read a tape measure

Comprehensive understanding of flat garment measuring, garment construction, quality control/assurance

Strong knowledge of woven and knit apparel construction, fabric construction and properties

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of garments

Proficient at preparing and writing product specification sheets

Proficiency in computer software such as: Word, Excel, Outlook

Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing; Must be able to understand, read and write in English at proficient level

Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and/or overtime as needed
