We are looking for a happy hero to join our “A” team.

At Gold In Art Jewelers, we believe that exceptional customer service starts with exceptional character. We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable sales professional to join our close-knit team. Previous jewelry experience is preferrable, but not required—we hire for work ethic, integrity, and interpersonal skills, and provide all the necessary training for you to excel.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Earnings: Hourly rate plus commission (our sales team averaged $89,000 in 2025).

Job Duties:

Opening and closing duties include but are not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, taking out trash and basic care of the work environment inside the office and showcase storefront.

You must be able to communicate effectively with clients in person and by phone and email throughout the day.

Build rapport with customers and constantly familiarize yourself with inventory in order to educate and properly inform customers on new pieces and help them build their jewelry wardrobe.

Required to handle and assess customer’s jewelry for repair intake.

You will be required to test jewelry for gold content when clients are selling scrap gold.

Must be computer literate (programs used daily include Edge Point of Sale system, Microsoft Word, E-mail) onsite training is provided; ability to use programs independently is necessary.
