Full Job Description

Position Summary

Accurate Tool & Die is a precision machining company in Stamford transitioning into full aerospace manufacturing. We're hiring an experienced CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer to program our mills and lathes, standardize setups, and help drive organized, low-setup production — with a clear path into a leadership role as we grow.

What you'll do:

Program CNC mills and lathes (MasterCAM / SolidWorks) for aerospace parts held to tight tolerances
Read blueprints, GD&T, and military/commercial specs; create operation sheets and models
Build and roll out setup standards; reduce setups through tooling organization and part-family cells
Work in our E2 / JobBOSS MRP system (training provided) and help improve throughput and quality

What we're looking for:

6–10 years in precision machining / manufacturing
Strong CNC programming on both mills and lathes (mill-turn / multi-axis a plus)
Proficiency with MasterCAM and/or SolidWorks; solid geometry and trig
Aerospace experience (coatings, heat treat, tight-tolerance machining) strongly preferred
Able to work independently, keep accurate records, and juggle priorities in a fast-paced shop

What we offer:

$75,000–$95,000/year, based on experience (salaried)
