English/Spanish-Speaking Evening Front Desk & Chiropractic Assistant

Relief Chiropractic — Levittown, PA 19057
Part-Time | In-Office | Evenings & Saturdays

What This Job Actually Is

You are the person who helps keep the office moving while patients are being treated.

Patients come in after work, often tired, hurting, or stressed. Your job is to greet them warmly, help them check in, check them out, collect payments, schedule their next appointments, and make sure they do not fall through the cracks.

This is a front desk and patient-support role. It is not just answering phones. You will help keep the schedule organized, communicate with patients in English and Spanish, and help patients stay consistent with their care.

We are looking for someone warm, reliable, organized, and comfortable being direct when needed.

You should be kind with patients, but not passive. If a patient needs to schedule their next visit, you need to ask. If a patient misses an appointment, you need to call or text and help get them back on the schedule. If a payment is due, you need to handle it professionally.

What This Is Not

This is not a remote job.

This is not a desk-only job where you sit quietly and wait for things to happen.

This is not a high-pressure sales job, but you do need to be comfortable helping patients schedule, follow through with care, and discuss payment options professionally.

This is not a good fit for someone who avoids phone calls, gets uncomfortable asking patients to schedule, or freezes when the office gets busy.

Schedule

Current hours are approximately:

Monday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday: approximately 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: approximately 12:30 PM – 3:30-4:30PM (alternating schedule)

Approximately 16–20 hours per week.

Some flexibility may be needed as the office grows.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly
Check patients in and out
Schedule and reschedule appointments
Confirm appointments
Collect copays and payments
Enter charges accurately
Answer phones and respond to patient questions
Keep patient flow moving
Help patients schedule their next visit before leaving
Call or text patients who missed or canceled appointments
Keep the schedule, patient notes, and basic tracking spreadsheets accurate
Communicate clearly with the doctor and admin team
Help coordinate follow-up information such as MRI/EMG details, insurance information, and pending patient items
Assist with basic therapy setup after training as needed
Help with basic office/admin tasks as needed

Who This Is For

You are bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable speaking with patients in both languages.

You are friendly, steady, and patient with people. At the same time, you are not afraid to be direct. You can ask a patient to schedule. You can ask for payment. You can call someone who missed an appointment and help them get back in.

You are organized enough to follow a system, update the schedule correctly, and keep clear notes.

You might have experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, chiropractic assistant, physical therapy aide, patient coordinator, customer service representative, or front desk assistant.

Experience is helpful, but reliability, communication, and follow-through matter most.

Requirements

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Must be able to work in-office in Levittown, PA
Must be available Monday and Wednesday evenings
Friday and alternating Saturday availability required
Reliable transportation
Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, texting, and basic office software
Comfortable answering phones and making patient follow-up calls
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Able to stay calm when the office is busy

Pay

$17–$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Additional hours may become available as the office grows and as the right person learns more of the system.
