Looking for a place to start working immediately? Our candidate selection process is completed entirely virtually and we set you up with one-on-one training from your very first day of work!

Dualite is currently looking for hard-working, quick-learning and focused candidates to start their career in the following areas:

Assembly (not assembly line work. This is hands-on building of some of the country’s most prominent signs!)
Material Handling (driving a forklift and getting product where it needs to go!)
CNC Operator (running a CNC machine to cut materials including metal and plastic)
Thermoforming Operator (learn to setup and operate the thermoforming machines)
Machine Operator (wide range of different machines with variety of skills)
Silkscreen operator (more than your local t shirt screen printing)
and more!

Entry pay starts at $15.00 hour and up. Your starting pay rate will be based on skills, experience, and position hired to fill.

We offer one first-shift: it is four, ten hour days (6:00am to 4:30pm), Monday- Thursday with periodic Friday over-time. Overtime is paid at 1.5x rate and will never be Saturday, Sunday, or a weekday after 4:30pm. Woo hoo! Get home to your family after a full day’s work.

Twice yearly money bonuses awarded (December and July) to all employees after 60 days of employment. Complete benefits package available after 60 days of employment.

Required Qualification

Preferred but not required:

1+ years’ experience in Machine Operating, general assembly work or specialized training.
Experience with machine, power and hand tools a plus.
Basic math and communication skills required, ability to read a tape measure.
May need to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
