Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Use various tools and equipment, such as power tools, hand tools, bore gauges, and welders
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, specifically in Mazatrol Mazak Machines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Ability to assemble and disassemble machine components as needed
- Familiarity with Mazak controls is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required
- Experience with tooling and tool maintenance is a plus
