EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process invoices to vendors on a daily basis
Researches and resolves any account discrepancies.
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.
Works alongside AR to ensure all invoices are entered into the correct job for billing purposes.
Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer invoices.
Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
Daily filing and worksheet updating
Creates jobs, change orders, PO’s as requested.
Relays changes of information to appropriate employees.
Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.
Reconcile statements.
Multiple other duties pertaining to Accounts Payable.
