About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for an Account Manager to drive growth across the Washington, DC market by building strong relationships with equipment dealers and supporting hospitality businesses.

This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or customer-facing experience who is looking to move into a relationship-driven, commercial role. You will take a hands-on, field-based approach to developing partnerships, supporting customers, and helping businesses access flexible financing solutions. The role plays a critical part in expanding SilverChef’s footprint across a broad U.S. geography as the business continues to scale.

You’ll be supported from day one with structured onboarding, on-the-job training, and ongoing coaching from a collaborative and experienced sales team, helping you build confidence and develop your skills.

In this role, the key responsibilities include:

Build influential relationships with equipment dealers, becoming their trusted partner for flexible Rent-Try-Buy financing, and day-to-day point of contact.
Grow the dealer network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners in your market
Support and enable partners by training dealer teams on Rent‑Try‑Buy and how to position it effectively with customers
Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to strengthen engagement and uncover growth opportunities.
Assist dealer sales teams in integrating SilverChef financing solutions into their everyday sales process.
Drive deals forward by working closely with partners to progress opportunities through to successful funding
Collaborate internally with Customer Support, credit, funding, and operations teams to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience
Stay active in the market through regular in-person meetings, networking, and ongoing partner engagement

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

1+ year of experience in hospitality (e.g., server, bartender, or other front-of-house roles), with a strong understanding of restaurant operations
OR 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, or other customer-facing roles
Confidence in building relationships and engaging customers face-to-face
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, “go-getter” mindset with the ability to learn quickly
Strong time management and organizational skills in a field-based role
A genuine interest in growing your career in sales, business development, and helping customers succeed

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel locally, including occasional overnight stays

Compensation:

Base salary + monthly commissions + semi-annual bonus
