Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate and Housekeeper, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this multifaceted role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort, providing exceptional guest services at the front desk while ensuring our accommodations are spotless and inviting. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a warm, friendly environment that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations in a vibrant setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and handling inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards.
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, room status updates, and special requests.
Support hotel operations by assisting with night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports.
Uphold hotel policies on phone etiquette, guest privacy, safety protocols, and cleanliness to ensure a secure and hospitable environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
Previous hotel or resort experience demonstrating strong customer service skills is advantageous.
Familiarity with front desk responsibilities, including multi-line phone systems and guest relations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts or busy periods.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on friendly, professional phone etiquette.
Strong attention to detail in cleaning standards and guest service delivery.
