Job Summary - (2 PM to 2 AM Fri-Sat-Sun Weekend Tech)
We are seeking an experienced Slot Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of gaming machines and related equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on slot machines and gaming equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues to identify problems effectively.
- Utilize hand tools and low voltage equipment for repairs and adjustments.
- Conduct field service visits to various locations as needed, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends in gaming machines and related systems.
Skills
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with computer hardware and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with team members.
