Senior Scheduler

Location: Bronx, NY
Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site (5 Days per Week)
Salary: $160,000-190,000

Senior Scheduler - Construction

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler with 10+ years of construction scheduling experience to develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Perform critical path analysis and evaluate schedule impacts from changes or delays.
Collaborate with project teams to establish milestones, sequencing, and resource planning.
Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Support claims analysis, time extension requests, and recovery schedules as needed.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project controls standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 10 years of construction scheduling experience on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, construction methodologies, and project controls.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMI-SP, PSP, or related certifications are a plus.
