Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager)

Chevrolet GMC of Mount Vernon is growing, and we're looking for a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager who is passionate about helping customers while maximizing dealership profitability through ethical, compliant finance and protection product sales.

What You'll Do

Present finance and lease options that fit each customer's needs.
Secure financing through a wide network of lending institutions.
Offer and sell vehicle protection products including service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, and other F&I products.
Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and lender regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with lending partners while obtaining competitive approvals.
Work closely with the sales team to create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Maximize finance income while maintaining high customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
Maintain knowledge of changing finance programs, lender guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Achieve monthly production, product penetration, and profitability goals.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience required.
Proven history of strong PVR, product penetration, and finance performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of lender programs and dealership compliance.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
