Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain an organized office environment by managing files, supplies, and equipment.
Utilize Intuit Quickbooks software for estimates, invoicing, and customer management.
Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and file management software.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a focus on excellent customer service.
Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Proficiency in calendar management and time management skills.
Familiarity with office procedures and basic office equipment.
Computer literacy with experience in Intuit software applications.
Computer literacy with experience in office software applications.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Bonus Roles -

Social Media Manager

Utilize multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Angies, etc to promote and represent Nate's Building Pros.
Create weakly posts accross multple platforms.
Manage photos sent in by crew members in the field.
