Position Details:
Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Service Area: Mountain Home and surrounding Arkansas and Missouri communities
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $30-$38 per hour based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000 Available

Key Responsibilities:
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting patients who require respiratory care services in their homes.
- Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and patient evaluations.
- Set up, monitor, and manage oxygen therapy equipment.
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed respiratory therapies.
- Troubleshoot and maintain respiratory and oxygen equipment.
- Monitor patient progress, compliance, and treatment effectiveness.
- Perform VA oxygen setups and respiratory services.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up and support.
- Participate in after-hours respiratory on-call coverage.
- Manage an assigned territory independently while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Respiratory Therapist License (RRT or CRT).
- Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
- Experience with oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must reside within 25 miles of Mountain Home, AR, or be willing to relocate.
Highly Preferred Experience:
Candidates with one or more of the following backgrounds will be strongly considered:
- Home Health Experience
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Experience
- Ventilator Management Experience
- CPAP/BiPAP Experience
- Oxygen Therapy Experience
- VA Patient Experience
- In-Home Patient Care Experience
- Strong Patient Education and Clinical Communication Skills
