Position Overview
As an Advanced Practice Provider placed through Momentum HCS, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Opportunities are available in hospital-based and specialty practice settings, offering professional growth, clinical autonomy, and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
CRNAs
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and obstetrical procedures.
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, quality, and patient safety standards.
APRNs and PAs with Electrophysiology (EP) Experience
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiological conditions.
- Perform patient assessments, consultations, and follow-up care.
- Assist electrophysiologists with procedures and treatment planning.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and support comprehensive patient management.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and positive clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
CRNAs
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Current CRNA certification.
- Active or eligible Arkansas licensure.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
APRNs and PAs
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Active NP or PA certification and licensure.
- Electrophysiology (EP) experience required.
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
- Active or eligible Arkansas licensure.
