No drama. Just you, a full pipeline, and the tools to close.

Sharpen your edge — every single day

We arm our producers with high-end role-play coaching and AI-powered sales-training tools, and we expect you to use them daily. But “expect” isn't really the point — we want someone who's genuinely excited to. The producers who win here treat practice the way elite athletes do: they drill objection-handling, refine their talk paths, and walk into every shift sharper than the last. That daily rep is exactly how you build the skills to close more, bundle more, and earn more. If daily training with premium tools sounds like a grind, this isn't your seat. What success looks like (your first 90 days)

Month 1: 30+ items issued, 20+ Home/Condo/Auto, 85%+ bundled.
Month 2: 45+ items, 30+ Home/Condo/Auto, 90%+ bundled.
Month 3+: 55+ items, 35+ Home/Condo/Auto, 90%+ bundled.

Compensation & earning potential

We built this plan for one kind of person: the top performer. We actively recruit the highest- producing closers in the market, and we've engineered our compensation to reward them richly — a modest base, uncapped commission, and real money for business that sticks. The better you sell, the more you make. There is no ceiling.

W2 hourly base (roughly $33,000/year equivalent), paid while you ramp — plus full benefits.
Uncapped, bundle-weighted commission — the more you bundle, the more you earn, up to 14%.
Monthly performance bonuses tied to production and quality, plus a team bonus when the agency hits its monthly goal.
Renewal income on your growing book of business.
On-target earnings of $90,000–$135,000+, with top producers earning more.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

2–3 years of prior experience as a Licensed Sales Producer at an Allstate agency.
Active P&C or Personal Lines license in your resident state (required). Alaska licensing required within 30 days of hire — reciprocity is fast and inexpensive (~$80).
Able to work 8:30–5:30, Monday–Friday, Alaska time — with zero flexibility. For context: that's 9:30–6:30 Pacific, 10:30–7:30 Mountain, 11:30–8:30 Central, and 12:30–9:30 Eastern. Most Central and Eastern applicants find this schedule difficult to sustain alongside family life long-term — please factor this in honestly before applying.
An experienced, coachable closer who can learn and run our process within a couple of weeks.
A high-communication teammate, not a lone wolf. The producers who thrive here stay plugged in — they share wins, surface roadblocks early, ask for help without ego, and treat coaching as fuel. We win as a connected team, not a room full of islands.
Required: 2–3 years of prior experience as a Licensed Sales Producer at an Allstate agency. We're not able to consider candidates without this specific background — the role moves fast, and we don't have ramp time built in for agents learning Allstate's systems and products from scratch. Strongly preferred: outbound dialer / live-transfer experience and a track record of using high-end role-play coaching and AI sales-training tools to level up.

Responsibilities

Quote the “full meal deal” on every opportunity — Property, Auto, and PUP bundled, plus a life referral to our award-winning Financial Specialist.
Work warm and internet leads through the dialer using our proven, structured talk-path methodology.
Notate every conversation, disposition every lead, and rate every policy accurately with eligible discounts applied.
Track your own KPIs — dials, talk time, quotes offered, policies written, bundle rate — and use them to keep improving.
