Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruiting operations at our Mine located at Mountain Pass, California by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, assisting with job postings, and helping deliver a timely, professional candidate experience. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to keep the hiring process organized, accurate, and moving efficiently.
Position Responsibilities:

Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, scheduling logistics, and follow-up with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and interview records in the applicant tracking system.

Assist with job postings, offer documentation, background check coordination, and onboarding handoffs.

Support recruiting events, candidate travel, interview materials, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.

Provide responsive, professional support to candidates and internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company procedures.
Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn applicant tracking systems and HR technology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desired Qualities:

Experience supporting recruiting, HR, or high-volume scheduling processes.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, or recruiting tools.

Professional, service-oriented approach with the ability to work well with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.
