About NÜR Aesthetics Club

NÜR Aesthetics Club is an established medical aesthetics practice in Santa Clara offering cosmetic injectables, laser hair removal, advanced skin treatments, and membership-based aesthetic care.

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Lead Aesthetic Injector to become the clinical face of our practice, build a loyal patient following, mentor our clinical team, and help elevate NÜR’s injectable program.

This is an opportunity for an established injector who wants more than a traditional treatment-room position. The right candidate will have meaningful influence over clinical standards, injector development, service offerings, patient education, and the overall growth of the practice.

Position Summary

The Lead Aesthetic Injector will provide advanced cosmetic consultations and injectable treatments while serving as the clinical leader for our aesthetics team.

This individual will help establish consistent treatment protocols, mentor developing injectors, improve consultation quality, support patient retention, and collaborate with leadership on growing the injectable service line.

All clinical services must be performed within the provider’s professional scope of practice and in accordance with California law, established protocols, and medical director supervision.

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive facial assessments and aesthetic consultations
Develop customized, natural-looking treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
Administer neurotoxins, including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin
Perform dermal filler treatments for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, nasolabial folds, and other appropriate areas
Provide full-face rejuvenation and facial-balancing treatments
Perform biostimulator and regenerative treatments based on training and practice offerings
Evaluate patients for treatment eligibility, contraindications, and potential risks
Obtain informed consent and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment education
Manage follow-ups, treatment adjustments, and complications within established protocols
Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and clinical judgment
Build long-term patient relationships through thoughtful treatment planning and excellent outcomes

Clinical Leadership Responsibilities

Serve as the clinical leader and senior injector for the practice
Mentor, train, and provide constructive feedback to other injectors
Help establish standardized consultation, photography, documentation, and follow-up processes
Develop and maintain injectable treatment protocols in collaboration with the medical director
Review clinical outcomes and identify opportunities for team education
Support competency assessments before injectors perform new or advanced treatments independently
Lead regular clinical trainings, case reviews, and treatment-planning discussions
Help evaluate new injectable products, techniques, and service opportunities
Promote a culture of patient safety, conservative treatment, continuous learning, and excellent outcomes
Collaborate with the Office Manager on clinical workflow and operational needs
Collaborate with the Revenue & Patient Experience Manager to improve consultations, treatment-plan acceptance, retention, and schedule utilization
Escalate clinical concerns to the medical director when appropriate

Practice Growth Responsibilities

Help grow NÜR’s injectable patient base and recurring injectable revenue
Convert consultations into ethical, comprehensive treatment plans
Encourage appropriate maintenance plans and long-term patient relationships
Participate in patient education, events, treatment demonstrations, and marketing initiatives
Be comfortable appearing in educational social media content
Support before-and-after photography and clinical content creation with proper patient consent
Identify opportunities to introduce new injectable and regenerative treatments
Represent NÜR professionally within the local community
Maintain strong patient retention and request referrals when appropriate

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted California RN, NP, PA, or physician license
Minimum of three years of consistent aesthetic injecting experience strongly preferred
Advanced training and demonstrated proficiency in neurotoxins and dermal fillers
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, vascular anatomy, complication prevention, and emergency management
Experience with full-face assessment and facial balancing
Proven record of producing natural, consistent, and safe aesthetic outcomes
Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills
Excellent clinical documentation and patient communication
Ability to mentor and develop other clinical team members
Professional, dependable, collaborative, and receptive to accountability
Commitment to ongoing education and evidence-informed aesthetic practice
Current BLS certification
Appropriate malpractice coverage or ability to obtain coverage as required

Experience with biostimulators, PRF/PRFM, Skinvive, cannula techniques, ultrasound, complication management, or other advanced aesthetic treatments is highly valued.

You understand that leading an injectable practice involves more than performing treatments—it requires building trust, developing the team, creating consistent clinical standards, and cultivating long-term patient relationships.

You should be confident without being overly aggressive, conservative when safety requires it, and committed to results that enhance each patient’s natural appearance.

An existing local patient following or established professional presence is a plus but is not required.
