Full Job Description

Position Summary

Oversee daily CNC machining operations, lead a production team, and ensure safety, quality, and workflow efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

CNC Operations — Set up and run CNC lathes for full production cycles.
Team Leadership — Supervise employees, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations.
Training — Support onboarding and ongoing skill development.
Order Management — Prioritize and expedite work orders to meet schedules.
Cross‑Department Coordination — Collaborate with other teams to maintain smooth production flow.
Safety & Maintenance — Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Process Improvement — Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Issue Resolution — Address production and personnel issues promptly.

Qualifications

Supervisory Experience — 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
Technical Skills — CNC programming/machining and blueprint reading.
Leadership — Strong coaching and communication abilities.
Shop Floor Presence — Majority of shift spent overseeing operations.
Software Skills — Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Documentation — Basic math and accurate record‑keeping.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or later a needed
On‑site attendance required.
