Are you an experienced CNC Operator who enjoys working with modern equipment, clean drawings, and a company that genuinely invests in its people? At Advanced Door Technologies, we offer more than a job—we offer the opportunity to grow your skills, work with advanced technology, and be part of a stable, family‑owned manufacturer that values craftsmanship and long‑term careers.
Advanced Door Technologies has been part of the East Stroudsburg community since 2004, operating as a family‑owned business built on trust, quality, and continuous improvement. From our 150,000‑square‑foot manufacturing facility, we design and manufacture high‑quality commercial door systems used nationwide, all under one roof.
As we continue to grow, we’ve made significant investments in new CNC laser cutting technology, reinforcing our commitment to precision manufacturing and giving our CNC team the tools they need to succeed. Just as importantly, we believe that equipment only matters when paired with skilled professionals—so we consistently reinvest in our people through training, development, and long‑term career opportunities.
In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with AutoCAD and Fusion 360, programming and operating CNC machinery in a modern, well‑organized production environment. You’ll collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and fellow operators who value accuracy, problem‑solving, and teamwork—without the chaos and turnover often found in large corporate shops.
If you’re looking for a CNC position where your experience is respected, your ideas are welcomed, and your future is supported, Advanced Door Technologies is a place where you can build something lasting.
