Full Job Description

Unlimited Motors is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support our management team and play a vital role in our daily dealership operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.

This role begins with a strong administrative and operational focus, providing support across multiple departments while learning the business from the ground up. As the company continues to grow, there will be significant opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance into leadership and operations management roles.

Responsibilities include:

Assist dealership management with a variety of administrative and office support tasks.
Coordinate transportation for inbound and outbound vehicles, ensuring timely scheduling and communication with transport providers.
Accurately enter invoices and maintain organized financial documentation.
Print and prepare Buyers Guides for vehicles in accordance with dealership and regulatory requirements.
Enter newly acquired inventory into the dealership's systems of record with a high degree of accuracy.
Verify vehicle information and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
Maintain organized records and documentation for vehicle inventory and transactions.
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
Provide general administrative support to help improve efficiency across departments.
Communicate professionally with internal team members, vendors, transport companies, and other business partners.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable learning new software and working with multiple computer systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Previous administrative, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
