Full Job Description

Feintool is a global leader in fineblanking and high-precision metal forming technologies serving the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors. Feintool Tennessee operates high-tonnage stamping press equipment in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Summary of Function:

· Plant Controller to serve as the financial leader and strategic business partner for its Nashville manufacturing facility. This individual contributor role is a crucial partner to the plant leadership team, responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening cost discipline, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

· This position is critical to supporting a site experiencing sustained growth and recent record performance, with a mandate to enhance financial transparency, scalability, and operational rigor.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Own plant financial performance, including profitability, cost control, and KPI management
Develop, maintain and improve the KPI dashboard for the Nashville manufacturing site, in collaboration with the operational functions
Partner with the Plant GM and leadership team to drive margin expansion and operational improvements
Lead standard costing, variance analysis, and cost structure optimization to improve visibility and accountability
Provide forward-looking financial insights to influence business decisions and performance outcomes
Evaluate program profitability and support commercial and operational decision-making
Support capital investment analysis and ensure disciplined financial returns
Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting with a focus on predictability and insight
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements
Act as the primary finance lead for internal and external audit processes and financial governance. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis to support the GM

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
MBA or CPA is a plus

Experience Requirements

7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing controlling, preferably in automotive
Experience supporting Tier-1 or Tier-2 automotive suppliers
Deep understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and plant financial operations

Preferred:

Experience in metal forming, stamping, or fine blanking

Pay: $82,446.19 - $99,290.03 per year
