We're looking for a Graphic Production Coordinator who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you take pride in accuracy, love working with creative teams, and believe quality is in the details, we'd love to meet you.
This role works closely with Design, Project Management, Print Production, Fabrication, and our vendors to ensure every graphic package is complete, accurate, and production-ready before it reaches the shop floor.
What You'll Do
You'll help keep projects moving by making sure production files are organized, accurate, and ready for fabrication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Review production requests and project documentation.
- Verify artwork, dimensions, quantities, materials, and specifications.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and fabrication.
- Coordinate internal and client proof approvals.
- Maintain organized file structures and version control.
- Distribute approved files to production teams.
- Communicate project updates through Basecamp.
- Coordinate with outside vendors when needed.
- Catch potential production issues before they become costly mistakes.
- Participate in weekly production planning meetings.
- Support continuous improvement of our production processes.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 2+ years in graphics production, print production, signage, exhibits, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Preferred Experience
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Large-format printing and graphics production.
- Trade shows, exhibits, signage, or experiential marketing.
- Basecamp or similar project management software.
- Understanding of production specifications and quality control.
