Full Job Description

We are looking for the perfect candidate for our 4Top Hospitality Group concepts!

Our ideal candidate has experience in elevated casual to fine dining cooking and management. The Assistant Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef works closely with the Kitchen Manager and management team to ensure dishes are being prepared correctly, kitchen operations run smoothly, and food safety standards are being upheld. Our mission is not only to keep our guests happy but also our staff. You’ll be part of and contribute to our positive culture and mature working environment. Other job responsibilities include:

Following recipes & coaching kitchen staff
Assisting in recipe development & creating specials
Training and coaching culinary team members on a regular basis
Enacting cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure A-rated health department and other comparable inspections
Maintaining kitchen equipment
Ordering and inventory management
Creating a weekly schedule for the BOH team by anticipating business needs
Providing leadership and clear direction to the BOH team

A lively piano bar features nightly entertainment and a jazz trio during Sunday brunch. The restaurant is open Mon-Sat from 11am-10pm, and on Sunday from 10am-9pm.
