What You'll Be Doing:
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate roofing and exterior remodeling needs
- Help customers navigate both insurance restoration and retail projects
- Present customized solutions based on each homeowner's needs
- Prospect neighborhoods, network, and generate new business
- Work warm company leads while continuing to build your own referral pipeline
- Coordinate with production to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain organized customer records within our CRM
- Occasionally assist with project oversight to ensure customer satisfaction
Who We're Looking For:
Roofing experience is certainly valuable—but it isn't required. We're also interested in professionals from industries such as: Windows & Doors, HVAC, Bath Remodeling, Pest Control, Home Improvement or any consultative or in-home sales environment
We also welcome experienced roofer laborers who are ready to transition from the roof to the sales side of the business.
You'll Be Successful If You Are:
