What You'll Do
As our Director of Tax Strategy, you'll become the trusted tax advisor for many of our most successful clients while helping lead the continued expansion of our tax division.
You'll:
- Lead sophisticated tax planning for entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, and high-net-worth families.
- Design proactive tax strategies that legally reduce taxes and improve long-term wealth.
- Meet with prospective clients and confidently communicate advanced tax concepts in a way they can understand.
- Partner with financial advisors, attorneys, valuation specialists, and consultants to deliver coordinated planning.
- Review complex individual, business, trust, and partnership tax returns.
- Mentor and develop our growing tax team.
- Build scalable systems, processes, and best practices.
- Identify planning opportunities created by new tax legislation.
- Help shape the future vision of Valtrion's tax practice.
Who We're Looking For
You are more than a technician.

You thrive in conversations with successful entrepreneurs and executives and can confidently explain sophisticated tax strategies without overwhelming clients.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA)
- Extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals
- Significant experience with privately owned businesses
- Strong background in tax planning and advisory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership experience managing people, projects, or client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning
