About Carestrides

Carestrides is an early-stage, fast-growing healthcare solutions company on a mission to transform patient care through innovative Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services. We believe in Better Outcomes, Streamlined Operations, and Transparent Fixed Pricing, and we're building a team of driven professionals who share that vision.

We manage every aspect of RPM for our provider partners, from patient onboarding and device management to clinical monitoring and billing coordination, allowing providers to generate meaningful additional revenue without adding clinical workload or staff.

We're at an exciting stage of growth and looking for motivated self-starters to help us expand our provider network across the country.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Executive at Carestrides, you won't just be closing deals; you'll be building a book of business that generates recurring monthly income for as long as your provider contracts remain active.

If you come from pharmaceutical, medical device, or specialty medical sales and have established relationships with physicians, practice managers, or healthcare administrators, this role was built for you. You already know how to get in front of providers. We'll give you a compelling solution, a supportive team, and a compensation structure that rewards you long after the deal is signed.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage physicians, practice managers, and healthcare administrators within your network
Educate providers on the clinical and financial benefits of Carestrides RPM services
Schedule and coordinate provider demonstrations with the Carestrides team
Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, pipeline, and follow-ups
Represent Carestrides at relevant healthcare and industry networking events
Serve as the ongoing relationship manager for your provider accounts

Qualifications

Background in pharmaceutical, medical device, specialty medical, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
Established relationships with physicians, practice managers, or healthcare decision makers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working independently in a 1099/commission-based environment
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage your own pipeline
Willingness to travel locally for in-person provider meetings
Knowledge of RPM, chronic care management, or healthcare technology is a plus, but not required

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with a competitive multi-tier structure designed to reward both activity and long-term performance:

Qualified Demo Bonuses — Earn bonuses for getting Carestrides in front of active providers and decision makers
Provider Sign-On Commissions — Competitive commissions paid in milestone-based installments upon contract signing and patient onboarding
Monthly Recurring Residuals — Earn monthly residual income on every active provider in your book of business for the life of the contract
New Hire Ramp Bonus — High performers who hit the ground running in their first 90 days are eligible for a significant one-time bonus

High performers have the opportunity to build a meaningful and growing residual income stream over time. Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
