The ideal Cannabis Post-Harvest Technician I should be at least 21 years old and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They must be highly motivated, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. A successful candidate will have an action-oriented perspective, sharp evaluative skills and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of precision and integrity in their work.

Responsibilities:
- Trimming cannabis flower while maintaining both speed and adhering to quality standards
- Preparing, weighing and packaging all flower related final products
- Cleaning all post-harvest areas
- Performing any and all post-harvest related tasks
- Strictly adhering to all of our biosecurity protocols and State regulations
- Following all safety and personnel rules
- Ability to observe, receive and obtain information from multiple sources
- Ability to categorize, estimate, recognize differences or similarities and detect changes in cannabis plants depending on circumstances or events
- Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust controls of equipment to ensure quality output
- Other duties as assigned by company leadership
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must present the capabilities to work well with multiple personality types and stressful situations
- Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs with assistance
- Must be 21 years of age with the ability to pass State required background qualifications
