Do you find peace in a balanced ledger and joy in the details others overlook?
Integritas is a mission-driven healthcare staffing company rooted in integrity, growth, and genuine human connection. We're looking for a Financial Operations Associate who takes pride in accuracy, thrives on routine, and believes that great numbers tell an honest story.
If you love clean books, organized records, and the quiet satisfaction of a reconciled bank statement, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do
You'll be the steady hand behind Integritas' day-to-day financial operations — keeping our records accurate, our accounts current, and our leaders well-informed. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll help safeguard the financial health of the organization through careful bookkeeping, thoughtful data entry, and dependable support to our Finance Team and external partners.
Here's a taste of your day-to-day:
- Keep the books clean and current. Record electronic transfers, physical checks, credit card purchases, intercompany loans, and vendor payments in the accounting system with precision and consistency.
- Own the Chart of Accounts. Organize and maintain accounts and dimensions, partner with the Controller on accounting procedures and policies, and keep our paper and digital filing systems neatly in order.
- Reconcile with confidence. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cross-reference the books against source documents to confirm every dollar is accounted for.
- Manage Accounts Receivable. Invoice hospitals for contracted stipends, process remote stipend bank deposits, track payments, and update the AP/AR Tracker - including responding to positive pay notifications.
- Support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Sort and distribute mail, deposit checks, scan and transmit billing files via FTP, share patient account correspondence, verify electronic payments, and partner with RCM billing associates on uploads.
- Deliver data leaders can trust. Prepare and distribute cash position statements, provide documentation to our CPA partners (Creative Planning), and assist the Controller with the annual budget - preparation, mid-year review, and revisions.
- Stay on top of compliance. Track 1099 contracts and ensure timely, accurate 1099 issuance at year end.
- Show up for the team. Attend monthly 1:1 coaching meetings, weekly operational meetings as needed and lend a hand at special events.
You're more than a bookkeeper — you're a careful, curious, and dependable professional who brings integrity and a steady pace to every task.
You are:
- Honest, humble, and loyal — your word and your work can be trusted
- Detail-oriented and routine-oriented — you find rhythm in repeatable processes
- Patient, careful, and dedicated — accuracy matters more to you than speed
- A learner at heart — inquisitive, teachable, and open to feedback
- Kind and willing — a team player who lifts others up
- Adaptable and innovative — you spot small improvements and act on them
- A clear communicator — comfortable giving and receiving feedback
Experience and Skills Needed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in accounting, or related field- preferred
- 2–3 years of financial or accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (document maintenance and creation)
- Experience with Business Central is a plus
- Foundational knowledge of bookkeeping and recordkeeping practices
- Office experience and comfort with day-to-day administrative workflow
- Strong communication skills — both giving and receiving feedback
- Volunteer or community involvement (we love people who give back!)
