Community Liaison & Healthcare Marketer (Mobile Mental Health)

Beacon Therapy of Utah — Salt Lake County, UT (Territory includes Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah Counties)

Base Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 / year

Total Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000.00 – $90,000.00+ / year (Base + Facility Density & Retention Bonuses)

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)

A Higher Standard for Healthcare Outreach

We believe the senior care industry deserves more than transactional "donut marketing" and surface-level pitches. We approach business development as consultative educators and relationship builders.

Your primary goal is to establish deep, trusted partnerships with facility leadership, social workers, and nursing staff. You will help educate facility teams on resident mental health dynamics while setting clear, honest expectations about our clinical scope. We measure true success by long-term facility trust, high-quality patient care, and clinical sustainability—not just initial referral spikes.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Relationship Building: Develop and maintain authentic, multi-touch relationships with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and Social Workers in ALFs and SNFs across Salt Lake, Davis and Utah Counties.
Educational Outreach & In-Services: Partner with our Community Relationships Manager (a licensed clinician) to organize and host educational in-services and staff training on resident mental health, behavioral management, and emotional wellness.
Clear Expectation Management: Articulate our mobile therapy model with clarity and transparency. You will advocate for our clinicians by setting realistic expectations with facility staff regarding scheduling, scope, and communication boundaries.
Density-Focused Growth: Focus on building "community density"—helping facilities identify multiple residents who could benefit from care so therapists can dedicate full, efficient days to single buildings.
Territory Strategy & CRM: Maintain active, organized tracking in our CRM, executing a structured weekly route that maximizes face-to-face engagement while optimizing travel time across the I-15 corridor.

Who You Will Work With

You will work closely with and report directly to our Community Relationships Manager (a seasoned clinician). They handle high-level clinical strategy, assist with facility conflict resolution, and co-host educational trainings with you, allowing you to focus on relationship-building, educational outreach, and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of marketing, business development, or liaison experience (Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living, Memory Care, or Mental Health preferred).
Consultative Mindset: Highly relational, empathetic, and committed to professional integrity. A strong desire to learn about geriatric mental health and behavioral health dynamics.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on setting firm, clear, and professional boundaries.
Self-Motivated: Able to build a structured, efficient territory route across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah counties independently.
Requirements: Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
Bonus & Incentive Package: Generous performance bonus based on qualifying client admissions and facility density milestones (On-Target Earnings of $75,000 – $90,000+ total compensation)
