Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Business and Marketing Manager to lead our strategic marketing initiatives and product development. We need someone who is passionate about learning strategies and will learn our system inside and out.

This is a small start up business so the role requires a large range of tasks and skill sets.

We need a proactive leader who can develop comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and manage cross-functional teams to elevate brand presence and generate demand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, advertising sales, and data-driven decision making, ensuring our marketing efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. We also are hoping to establish collaborations with multiple brands, so some experience with negotiating and contracting is extremely valuable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand narrative, optimize marketing performance, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, social media, and e-commerce channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Lead and manage marketing, advertising, or public relations teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness
Conduct market research and analyze web analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategic decisions
Oversee content marketing initiatives including copywriting, content creation, SEO optimization, and product messaging for various platforms
Coordinate demand generation marketing activities that drive sales pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and performance marketing tactics
Monitor budgets for all marketing projects, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while meeting campaign goals
Utilize web analytics reporting to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates

The following Qualifications would be nice but I am willing to let you learn on the job and pick up these skills using AI.

Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and print advertising techniques
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and Google Analytics for campaign management and content development
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo for lead nurturing and customer engagement
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences
Demonstrated success in managing teams responsible for content writing, advertising sales, or public relations activities
Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics reporting and data-driven decision making
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail within budget constraints

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
