Full Job Description

We are looking for a Chiropractic Laser Technician/Clinical Assistant to join our amazing team. The Laser Technician/Assistant (LTA) works alongside our treatment team and is responsible for facilitating the safe and effective operation of multiple chiropractic therapies throughout our office. These include electric stimulation, flexion/decompression, traction, Zyto biofeedback scanning, Functional Health evaluation input, as well as occasional operation of our specialized, non-invasive laser equipment. Working under the supervision of our chiropractors, our Laser Technician/Clinical Assistants provide treatments that help to reduce patient pain, inflammation, and promote healing. LTA duties include administering all therapies, setting up and maintaining equipment, maintaining safety protocols, educating patients, and documenting treatment records. The LTA is also responsible for multiple other duties throughout our office. During patient hours, the LTA may also greet patients, check them into our computer system, facilitate therapies, escort them to doctors' offices, and maintain the general patient flow through the office. The LTA is also responsible for occasionally scheduling patient visits, initiating new patient files, answering phones, confirming appointments, maintaining office cleanliness, checking/maintaining inventory and stocking treatment rooms. Other duties as required

Key Responsibilities

Therapy Administration: Administer therapy treatments to patients according to specific protocols prescribed by our chiropractic physicians.
Patient Care & Education: Prepare patients for treatment, explain procedures, and provide post-procedure instructions.
Equipment Operation & Safety: Set up, care for, and maintain equipment while strictly adhering to safety regulations.
Documentation & Records: Document treatment sessions, patient progress, and equipment settings for medical records.
Clinical Assistance: The LTA will assist with daily clinic flow, such as preparing treatment rooms, answering phones and managing scheduling. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
