WE'RE HIRING:
SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST
Join The Recovery Zone — where athletes, veterans, and high performers come to restore, release, and reinforce.
Faith-Driven. Results-Focused.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a sports/medical massage therapist who doesn't just have the experience, but genuinely loves the craft. At The Recovery Zone, client experience is our top priority. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to put their skills to real use.
Our mission is to restore wellness, full circle.
In this role, you should be able to assess a client, explain pain patterns and corrective movement in language they actually understand, and back your hands-on work with a clear "why." We're building a clinical team that thinks, not just presses buttons.
Your ability to deliver personalized care that meets each client's individual needs is essential, and so is maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional space that reflects our five-star standard.
If you're committed to helping clients feel valued, understood, and cared for, including the veterans we're proud to serve, we'd love to have you on the team.
WHAT WE VALUE
The 8 dimensions of wellness, a hunger to sharpen your craft, a lifestyle of wellness, innovation, and a willingness to learn.
TRAINING & GROWTH
Your training with us is hands-on and personalized, and we'll support you every step of the way. Growth is built into the role. You'll have structured performance reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days, plus ongoing quarterly reviews after that, to keep your development on track and give you a clear runway forward.
